2012 QJCCI Export Excellence Awards


Ms Nussara Smith, Director - Asia for Trade & Investment Queensland, officially launched this year's QJCCI Export Excellence Awards at a Chamber reception held on 26 April 2012.

"I would like to encourage companies to apply for the QJCCI awards, which acknowledge those individual Queensland companies exporting to Japan. The awards also feed into the Premier of Queensland’s Exports Award, and the Australian Export Awards, allowing for state and national recognition of your exporting efforts" Ms Smith said.

The QJCCI Export Excellence Awards are run annually in conjunction with the Premier of Queensland's Export Awards which are now in their 23rd year.

The awards publicly recognise the talent and innovative spirit of Queensland's top exporters and their important role in boosting the State and Australia's economy.

As an award winner, you can raise your company profile, improve your business credibility, increase your access to new markets, enhance your existing business relationships, and boost company and staff morale.

Applications for the 2012 QJCCI Export Excellence Awards are now open. Members and non-members exporting to Japan are strongly encouraged to apply. Applications close on 16 July 2012. Full details on how to apply may be found here.

tickets from the Gold Coast to Tokyo very kindly donated by Jetstar Airways.
